When you think of New York, what image comes to mind? There must have been skyscrapers clad in shiny glass; flashing neon signs light up Times Square; or silver subway trains running fast underground in the heart of the city. A city that does not sleep, the night is as bright as the day.

The nuances of New York life have always inspired the creative world. Typically, Veronika Lemle, a stylist lives and works here. She shared, “I am always driven by the two colors silver gray and neon. They perfectly represent New York. Gray and silver in the background, like reinforced concrete buildings. And neon colors are like lights that brighten life.”
For the New York Color series, Veronika Lemle chose outfits with elements reminiscent of the modern fashion capital. “Colors are eclectic, striking but improvised. The model’s makeup and poses are as sharp as the vibrant vitality of this city.” And she is also inspired by the photography style of the famous New York master photographers, such as Lindsay Adler, Mario Testino, or Peter Lindbergh .
